A desk job can be detrimental to your posture, which is why we have invited SpineWorks chiropractics to provide a free spinal screening to assess your posture on the 29th February. Screenings will be in meeting room 1 and 1A from 12 to 2pm on a first come first basis.
What to expect:
- Posture analysis on the Spinal Assessment Machine or digital Posture Screen by a chiropractor.
- In addition, you can discuss issues such as back, shoulder and neck pain, repetitive strain injury, desk, phone, and laptop alignment with your consultant.
- Each assessment will be between 5-10 minutes long.
